Jet Dancer, Jenna Delgado's alter ego, is a curvy, unabashed, fun-loving super heroine who fights bad guys with martial arts, powered and enhanced by her rocket-propelled boots. Jenna possesses greater than average physical strength (for comparison, her strength and reflexes would be a couple of notches above Captain America, but not nearly the level of say, Superman or the Hulk), which in turn greatly enhances her agility and ability to control the movements of her body. Jet Dancer, or Jet for short, uses the boots as her primary weapon, defense and signature. They are larger than life, covering her lower legs entirely, and have a pair of propulsion boosters on the back that can propel Jet forward at an extremely high velocity. The origin and design of the boots is unknown, but it is clear the boots were designed solely for her specific use. Jet alone possesses the ability to manipulate them; the interior is custom-designed to respond only to the shape and reactions of Jet's legs, heels and toes. Jet possesses no projectile or energy manipulation abilities, though she is extremely resistant to injury and naturally very agile, even without the assistance of the boots. This gives Jet unmatched evasive maneuverability on the ground as well as in the air and the apparent weight of the boots seems to have little effect on Jet's mobility.

Contrary to how it may appear, Jet Dancer's boots do not give her the ability to fly. The boots' power is maximized in the form of quick bursts that propel Jet in the direction she wishes to go, and cannot sustain long-range flight. With the proper timing and use of bursts, Jet can leap extremely long distances and even change direction in mid-jump. She can use the boots, in conjunction with her own strength and skill, to control her momentum in order to maximize damage to her targets and minimize damage to herself. Her boots are virtually indestructible.

Jet also wears gauntlets that are similar in style to the boots. They contain various communication hardware such as a built-in PDA and transmitter, allowing her to communicate without the need to carry such items as cell phones. This enables her to wear her revealing, skin-tight, minimalistic outfit in comfort, which in turn allows her maximum freedom of movement. Like her boots, her gauntlets are heavily armored and extremely resistant to damage.
